Systems Management & Balancing’s current headquarters is a LEED™ registered facility (First LEED™ registered facility in Waukee, IA).  Systems Management & Balancing obtained the certification level of Silver under the LEED for New Construction. 

The facility incorporates water saving technology, energy efficient HVAC systems, day lighting, recycled content, and system maintainability.  

The HVAC system serving the facility is a fully automated energy efficient system that allows for training of Test and Balance Technicians and Commissioning Agents.
